About Dorothy

Dorothy Martin, a psychologist, speaker, and coach with over 15 years’ experience in the private and public sector as a health strategist, organizational wellbeing consultant and behavioral change expert. 

I’ve been where you are right now. 

It was through my own experience with burnout that I discovered how the mind works. It was a lightbulb moment that completely changed my understanding of stress. Since then, I have been able to to navigate my life with balance, wellbeing, resilience and success.
