From stress to success
It was my own experience of burnout that brought a new understanding of stress. I discovered that stress doesn’t come from outside, through external triggers, but is created within -inside my own mind. It was a lightbulb moment that changedmy understanding of stress, how it worksand what to do about it. From then on, I was able to navigate my life in a new way. I enjoyed more calm, better wellbeing and balance I was able to face what life threw at mewith more resilience, better creativityand confidence.My life has completely changed since then. I’ve found my true calling and do what I love. My relationship troubles have been replaced with loving and happy partnership with my husband. I am now able to enjoy less stress and more wellbeingon a day to day basis... and I continue to turnmy stress into success.
Why I can help you
I am a psychologist, speaker and coach. I have over 15 years’ experience in the private and public sector as a health strategist, wellbeing consultant and behavioural change expert. In 2018, I received special recognition fromthe Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, for my work as a senior consultant and verifier for the prestigious London Healthy Workplace Award Scheme.
Today, I use my personal insight and my years of learning and professional experience to guide individuals and teams through stress, challenging circumstances or uncertainty so they can experience better wellbeing and achieve extraordinary success.
