We will be exploring energy, health and vitality, confidence and inner value, love, relationships and intimacy, business and money, beauty and self-image. No subject is off the table.
We will be diving deeply into the understanding of the MIND as a catalyst for lasting change and transformation.
Through our conversations, you'll see misunderstandings, limiting stories, unhelpful beliefs, memories from the past that ceased to serve you fall away. Revealing something deeper and something truer:

How It Works?
The Powerful Women's Retreat is a 3-month program culminating in a 3-full-day immersive experience in the beautiful countryside at the Fair Oak Farm in Mayfield England.
Residential experience takes place at the Fair Oak Farm from Monday afternoon 4th March until Friday morning 8th March 2024
POWERFUL MASTERCLASSES
Each month prior to the residential retreat, we'll connect for a 90-min masterclass. There are four masterclasses included in the programme. The first one stars in November, then the following one in December, January and February. The masterclasses will be recorded and posted in a private Facebook Group so that you can watch it again at anytime at your convenience.
IMMERSIVE RETREAT
Three full day residential experience takes place at the beautiful Fair Oak Farm. Arriving on Monday 4th March in the afternoon after 4pm. Leaving on Friday 8th March in the morning. During the three full days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we will be learning about the mind and creating a new powerful way of being so that you can live your fullest life, express your potential and create impact you really want.
DEEP LASER COACHING
Each person receives 3 x 90min private coaching conversations to dive deeper into what is going on for them and to enable breakthrough they are looking for. Each person also receives a 30-min laser coaching which will be recorded and posted in our private Facebook Group.
SUPPORTIVE SISTERHOOD
Participants will have access to a private community group on Facebook/What's Up to meet and engage with each other. This is your space to connect, share insights and experiences, receive peer support and create a life-long friendships. There will be learning resources posted to enable on-going learning and discovery.
The Retreat Includes:
- Accommodation in homely, boutique bedrooms, each en-suit with their own living space.
- Healthy and delicious vegan meals - full board
- Facilitated workshops during the retreat, coaching conversations and teaching materials.
- Masterclass with an amazing coach Karen Davis.
- Morning Yoga on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and a Sound Bath experience on Wednesday evening.
- Community of like-minded women who want to create impact and make a difference in their own and other person's lives.
Places are limited to a small group of 12 women.
I love facilitating small and intimate groups to allow depth, space and maximum impact for every single person.
