From stress to success
It was my own experience of burnout that brought a new understanding of stress. I discovered that stress doesn’t come from outside, from external triggers, but is created within -inside my own mind. It was a lightbulb moment that completely changed my understanding of stress. From then on, I was able to enjoy more calm and better wellbeing. I was able to face what life threw at me with resilience, creativity and confidence. My life started to change with less effort and more ease. I now teach people about the mind so that they can use it to its full potential and live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
Why I can help you
I am a psychologist, speaker and coach. I have over 15 years’ experience in the private and public sector as a health strategist, organisational wellbeing consultant and behavioural change expert. In 2018, I received special recognition from the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, for my work for the prestigious London Healthy Workplace Award.
Today, I use my personal insight, years of learning and professional experience to guide individuals and teams through stress, challenging circumstances, change and uncertainty so they can experience better wellbeing and achieve extraordinary success.
